Key Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with commercial lending and secured financing transactions from opening to closing.
• Prepare and review loan and security documentation, including general security agreements, guarantees, postponement agreements, assignments, and related transaction documents.
• Conduct and analyze due diligence searches: PPSA, corporate, bankruptcy, litigation and other relevant searches.
• Register, amend, renew and discharge security interests through applicable registries.
