About the Role

Position Summary
As a Pantry and Raw Bar cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently shucking oysters for guests and preparing cold pantry items for the dining room. If you are a proactive team player with a strong work ethic, is detail-oriented, and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!
Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Clean & prepare shellfish for serving to customers. 
  • consistently follow recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards 
  • Rotates oysters daily, oldest on top, proper rotation of tag storage and marking
  • Provide fast, accurate shucking of oysters
  • Restock all items through each shift
  • Provide assistance to kitchen manager and kitchen staff with food preparation
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and safely used
