Description
The Arc Mid-Hudson has a new full-time opening for a full-time Painter/Maintenance Technician.
This position, reporting to the regional Maintenance Supervisor, will serve as a general handy person performing a variety of semi-skilled duties at designated locations owned and operate by The Arc Mid-Hudson.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Performing building and property maintenance and upkeep as per established schedule, including but not limited to interior and exterior painting, spackling, dry wall taping, and wall/ceiling repair.
