Job Responsibilities
To timely process pagibig loans. 
To timely review completeness of requirements of accounts with loan approval, collect post compliances from buyers.
To regularly update the monitoring files for coordination and alignment of status per account.
To provide quality and efficient customer service to out internal and external clients.
 
Job Requirements
Graduate of any business course, preferably Business Administration or Finance
With at least 1 year of working experience in the real estate industry.
Knowledge in pagibig/bank financing process
Proficient in MS Office Applications and SAP
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Highly organized and keen to details
Willing to report in Makati city
