A Pae Tukutuku is critical to the successful daily operation of the Māori Land Court and makes a huge positive difference in the lives of tangata whenua.
This position sits within the Tairāwhiti District (Gisborne), where we are involved with processing applications for Māori Land. The main part of this Pae Tukutuku role is to ensure the delivery of quality information and customer service relating to the timely progression of applications to the Court. A full and clean drivers licence is essential.
The role initially will be the first point of contact wherein you will be responsible for assisting with quality applications completed that are able to be progressed through the Pataka Whenua and dealing with enquires as they are made in person, via the website or email. You will also be required to assist with setting up the facilitation of our dispute resolution process, draft submissions and reports from the Court's records and conduct...
