Responsibilities

• Lead the innovation and standardization strategy for a category of packaging materials (e.g., cardboard/fiber or rigid/versátil plastics), ensuring a balance between sustainability, performance, cost, and machinability.
• You will be the key contact for defining material roadmaps, commercializing new solutions, and ensuring the pack-machine fit on high‑speed production lines.
• Perform activities at several plants of the group in Europe depending on the project.
