About the Role
Adecco is seeking reliable and hardworking **Packaging Associates** to join a busy production facility in Oceanside. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for long-term placement. Team members will support daily operations including picking, packaging, staging, and truck loading in a fast-paced bakery environment.
**Schedule:**
**2nd shifts available –** 3pm-11:30pm
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Move dough from conveyor belts onto racks
+ Transport racks to various production lines
+ Package and bag finished products
+ Assist with picking, staging, and preparing orders for shipment
+ Support truck loading operations
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Standing, walking, and reaching for 100% of the shift
+ Frequent bending and lifting up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
