Packaging Innovation Asst. Manager

We’re currently hiring an Assistant Manager – Packaging Innovation to join a dynamic and growing food manufacturing business in the region.
If you have a strong background in packaging development for food or beverage products, this could be a great opportunity to step into a role where you’ll directly influence product quality, cost efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead the development of packaging solutions for new and existing food products

Evaluate and select packaging materials (flexible, rigid, etc.)

Conduct testing related to shelf life, durability, and product compatibility

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (, HACCP, GMP)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, and Marketing
