About the Role
Position Summary:
Primary responsibility is to assist the maintenance team and with maintaining outdoor spaces. This role involves performing various landscaping tasks to ensure that lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas are well-kept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess basic maintenance knowledge, and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Mow lawns use manual or motorized equipment.
+ Landscape maintenance.
+ Rodent Control.
+ Snow Removal.
+ Equipment, repairs & maintenance.
+ Metal Fabrication.
+ Welding a plus.
+ Residential maintenance.
+ General clean-up.
+ Equipment operator-tractor, telehandler, forklift, boom and scissor lift.
+ Maintain backup generators.
+ Maintain foot sprayers.
+ Inventory parts & fasteners.
+ Supply parts to team ...
