We are looking for a P2P Service Delivery Lead (SDL) to manage P2P Pharma Operations organization from the Europe Hub in Poznan. This includes oversight and responsibility for the services delivered by P2P GSK Operations Centre (GOC) in Bucharest and the P2P GSK Operations Centers in India.

This role will require knowledge and understanding of P2P end-to-end processes, projects as well as BPO oversight for activities performed remotely via a Service provider (BPO).

  • Provide an end-to-end view of Purchase to Pay services across Europe delivered by BPO and Help hubs.

  • Drive delivery and performance of Purchase to Pay services across European organizations.

  • Oversee day-to-day BPO and internal operations, including KPIs/SLAs design, monitoring, issue resolution, and action plans for red KPIs.
