My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Outwork Admin Assistant to join their busy clothing manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating outwork processes between production, suppliers, printers, and internal teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities


Outwork Administration


  • Monitor incoming orders and coordinate outwork requirements

  • Prepare delivery notes, purchase orders, and supplier instructions

  • Communicate artwork and job specifications to suppliers and printers

  • Track strike-offs/seal blocks and manage follow-ups
