Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative - Safety & Risk Management is responsible for developing new business opportunities and delivering consultative solutions that help organizations improve workplace safety and comply with OSHA and DOT regulations.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling appointments
  • Manage sales processes and presentations with business owners
  • Work with current Sheakley partners
  • Maintain positive client relationships
  • Promote and educate employers on the need for creating safer work environments
  • Complete required sales paperwork in a timely manner and finalize new client contracts
  • Accomplish sales goals and quotas established by management
  • Local travel throughout the assigned market area
