Outreach Mentor Location: Rotherham Mentored by: Change Leader Type of Employment: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (September 2026 July 2027) Hours of Work: 40 hours per week Days of Work: Monday Friday Pay Level: £27,432 per annum We are looking for a passionate Outreach Mentor who is ready to inspire, motivate and empower young people to overcome barriers and succeed. This is not a typical mentoring role. You will become a trusted mentor, role model, advocate and guide, helping young people develop the skills, resilience, and confidence they need to progress into education, employment, and independence.
