About the Role

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious luxury background Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of All Day Dining and the Lobby Lounge , preferably Arabic speaking.

This role is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining service and quality standards, and delivering a consistent and engaging guest experience across both outlets. The Outlet Manager will lead the team on the floor, particularly during peak periods, while driving guest satisfaction and operational performance.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ experience in Food & Beverage, including at least 1–2 years in a similar role
  • Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
