Base salary from $120,696 per annum (plus super) 

Join TasNetworks and play a key role in ensuring reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction through effective network outage coordination within our Electrical Services team.

As an Outage Coordinator, you will be responsible for validating network outage requests to optimise efficiency and minimise customer impact. Your role will focus on ensuring clear and timely communication with customers affected by planned outages while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

As an Outage Coordinator, you will engage with both internal and external stakeholders regularly and lead communications to inform customers about planned outages. The role is required to coordinate and submit NAO requests, review processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose, and manage incident responses in accordance with TasNetworks systems and procedures.
