Physician shall maintain Division's office hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday). Said efforts shall include a minimum of six separate 4-hour clinic sessions per week as scheduled by Division. Any changes to schedule must be approved by the Division. Call will be shared equally among the orthopedic surgeons with maximum call being 1 day per week on Monday through Thursday, 1 weekend per month, and 1 holiday per year.
