Organizational Development Specialist - Abu Dhabi projects and infrastructure centre

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to lead initiatives that align people processes and structures with business objectives. This role will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in designing and implementing frameworks across organizational design, workforce planning and change management while helping to build a future‑ready organization.
