Design and implement the annual internal communications plan to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging aligned with the company's strategy and culture.
Develop and lead initiatives that reinforce the company's values, desired behaviors, and organizational culture across all levels of the organization.
Plan and execute engagement, recognition, and employee experience initiatives to foster a highly engaged and motivated workforce.
Support the development and execution of DE&I programs, awareness campaigns, and activities that promote an inclusive and respectful workplace.
