About the role

In this role,
you’ll be:

  • Coordinating culture, engagement and capability-building initiatives
  • Delivering core OD processes like induction programmes and employee surveys
  • Organising internal workshops, training sessions and events
  • Managing documentation, records and information flow
  • Supporting OD projects with communications, data and implementation tasks
  • Providing helpful, responsive support to employees/kaimahi and managers
