Organisational development consultant

Job Purpose

To develop and implement organisational development interventions which enable employees and business to function optimally.

Outputs Collaborate and partner with business and HC team to facilitate and deliver value adding organisation development interventions which address identified organisational development gaps. Manage the design and implementation of interventions customised to fulfil identified organisational development needs. Conduct evaluation measures on implemented interventions to analyse the effectiveness of these and if it achieved the desired outcomes. Partner with business and the HC team in initiating and improving the effective delivery of human capital management solutions, while integrating and sharing best practices.
