Organisation Development Consultant – Leadership & Management

Salary and Contract

£31,281 to £33,312 per annum pro rata (Full time equivalent £48,226 to £51,356 per annum).

Contract Type: Fixed term to cover a secondment until March 2027.

Working Pattern: Part time – 24 hours per week.

Location: County Hall – Chichester, with hybrid working available.

Opportunity

You will research, design and on occasions deliver bespoke tools, concepts or principles in line with stakeholder requirements.

You will pro‑actively establish and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure achieved outcomes are realised.

You will undertake Organisational Development projects requiring advanced interpretation, analysis and communication skills to deliver solutions covering a complex range of issues.
