Order-to-Delivery Specialist (1-Year Contract)

OSTP Finland Oy Ab in Pietarsaari is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care Center of 10 people. The role covers the entire order-to-delivery chain from order confirmation to delivery and invoicing, coordinating with customers, sales, carriers and authorities to ensure on-time orders and high service quality.

We value a business administration degree, relevant experience, and strong communication in Swedish, Finnish and English, along with good IT skills.
