About the Role
Martin Bros. Distributing is looking for motivated individuals to work as selectors in our Cedar Falls Distribution Center.
The Selector is responsible for safely and accurately picking customer orders and building pallets for delivery. This role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations by maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Hours for this position are Sunday - Thursday 5:00 pm - 1:30 am (end time may vary, holiday/overtime when required).
Key Responsibilities
+ Select customer orders using wearable technology and pick labels
+ Accurately scan barcodes/UPCs to minimize picking errors
+ Build stable pallets by stacking products in correct sequence and weight order
+ Verify quantities, rotation, and expiration dates
+ Substitute products as directed based on system instructions or supervisor guidance ...
