Scope of Responsibilities:

  Comprehensive order management in the SAP system (order entry, price and availability verification, invoicing).

  Issuing invoices and credit notes and sending documents to customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitoring the delivery process (cooperation with the distribution center and carriers), organizing special deliveries for the Polish market.

  
  


• 
  

  Managing product returns and exchanges.

  
  


• 
  

  Handling complaints reported by customers and sales representatives.
