Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues.

Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, including missing or damaged items.

Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve order-related concerns.

Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Accurately enter and maintain order records.
