About the Role

The Business Administrator is responsible for managing the full life cycle of customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment, maintaining high levels of customer service, and acts as a liaison between internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities Order Processing
  • Receive Customer orders via EDI into our SAP, review the order.
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, material number, and delivery terms.
  • Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies if any.
Customer Communication
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, delays, or changes.
  • Handle OTB/feedback and elevate issues when necessary.
  • Work closely with internal dept, Logistics, Finance, and Supply Chain teams including Factories in Germany, UK and Malaysia.
