Order Entry & Billing Analyst

360training is seeking an Order Entry Analyst to join our team. The role involves reviewing and approving orders in Salesforce, handling refunds and chargebacks, and serving as the primary contact for invoiced customers.

The candidate will generate invoices, perform billing reconciliations, apply payments, and monitor reports in Salesforce and NetSuite. Proficiency with Excel and strong communication are essential.
