JOB DETAILS Role Title: Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant 
We are hiring an experienced Oracle Payroll Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud) to manage end-to-end payroll operations. 
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll processing using Oracle Payroll (EBS R12 / Oracle HCM Cloud), including monthly runs, adjustments, and reconciliations 
Configure and maintain payroll elements, Fast Formulas, balance feeds, costing, and GL integrations 
Ensure statutory and tax compliance as per local regulations (PF, ESI, PT, TDS or relevant country laws) 
Support implementations, upgrades, and enhancements including requirement gathering, testing, UAT, and go‑live support
