Oracle HCM & Payroll Solution Architect – Remote

Civiteq is seeking an HCM / Payroll Solution Design Architect to lead the design of end-to-end solutions within Oracle Cloud ERP. You will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders, ensuring the solutions meet business needs, compliance standards, and best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly within the public sector, and be able to effectively communicate and engage with diverse stakeholders. This role includes remote work with occasional travel required to Cardiff.
