Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both functional and technical aspects of Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and integration of HCM modules while ensuring alignment with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have solid functional experience across multiple HCM modules along with hands‑on technical capability in integrations and reporting.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules , ensuring alignment with HR business processes.
• Work across at least three modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, or Benefits .
