Oracle HCM Cloud - Learning Consultant
, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how organizations develop their workforce. You will design, configure, and deploy sophisticated Oracle Learning Management solutions, serving as a bridge between HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and technology teams. Solution Design:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Learning Management, including Learning Catalogs, Offerings, Activities, Specializations, and Learning Paths.
Stakeholder Partnership:
Partner with client stakeholders to analyze L&D and compliance requirements, translating them into scalable and engaging learning experiences.
