Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant - ERPC

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant to join our expanding Oracle Cloud SaaS team to lead and deliver Oracle Cloud HCM projects for a range of clients.

Your Role

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions for our clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective HCM solutions, and play a vital role in pre‑sales activities including bid opportunities, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, Learning, HR Helpdesk and other HCM modules.
