+ Lead design, configuration and implementation of solutions within Oracle HCM (with deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting, Opportunity Marketplace and/or Learning), ensuring system stability and performance across production and nonproduction environments.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert, bringing proven best practices and prior implementation experience to drive immediate value and accelerate delivery.
+ Support ongoing Oracle production operations, releases and continuous enhancements within the HCM platform.
