Required Technical Skill
Functional (Must Have)
- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Support with hands‑on exposure to:
- Learning
- Recruitment (ORC)
- HR Help Desk
- Expertise in incident triage, troubleshooting, and functional analysis in production.
Techno-Functional (Must Have)
- Working knowledge of:
- HDL/HSDL
- HCM Extracts
- ESS / Scheduled Processes
- OTBI / BI Publisher
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP) for troubleshooting
Security/Workflow (Good to Have)
- Familiarity with:
- Role provisioning / data security concepts
- Approval workflows and routing troubleshooting (BPM)
