Job Description  
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle SaaS reporting tools, particularly OTBI and BI Publisher (BIP). The candidate should have hands-on experience in report development, notification frameworks, data extraction, and Oracle HCM reorganization projects.
