Oracle Financials Functional Test Lead

Responsibilities

• Test end-to-end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion Modules (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire), FAH, EPM (Planning-Financials, Workforce, Projects), Project Management
• Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• Test inbound and outbound integrations with other systems (e.g., EDI, SOAP/REST APIs, PLSQL)
• Analyze business requirements, functional design documents, and user stories to understand testing scope
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Define test data requirements and collaborate with the team to have it prepared
• Estimate testing effort and contribute to project timelines
• Identify, record, document, and track defects meticulously using tools such as JIRA, ALM, or OTBI
