About the Role

            Job Responsibilities  Maintain, monitor, and support the Oracle ERP system to ensure stable, secure, and reliable daily operations. 
Provide L1/L2 support for ERP-related issues: incident analysis, troubleshooting, root cause identification, and timely resolution. 
Work closely with business users (e.g., finance, procurement, warehouse, production) to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements for ERP enhancements or new functionalities. 
Configure and customize Oracle ERP modules (e.g., finance, purchasing, inventory, order management, manufacturing) according to business needs and best practices. 
Develop and maintain reports, forms, interfaces, and extensions within the Oracle ERP ecosystem (e.g., using Oracle tools, PL/SQL, and related technologies). 
Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Oracle ERP with surrounding systems (e.g., WMS, MES, internal web applications, third‑party platforms).
