Background The South African Reserve Bank (SARB), through the Enterprise Systems Division, operates a complex enterprise applications landscape supporting critical HR , payroll, and financial processes. This environment includes Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with extensive custom developments, workflows, approvals, reporting, and integrations with third-party systems.
