**Job Description**
The Production Equipment Operator sets up, operates, and monitors manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products in a clean food production environment. This role ensures that equipment runs efficiently, quality standards are consistently met, and inventory and production data are accurately recorded in the system.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to manufacture product according to established procedures and specifications.
+ Monitor equipment performance during production runs and make basic adjustments to maintain product quality and output.
+ Perform equipment changeovers as required, including setting up machines for different products or production runs.
