Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Operations/Service Delivery within BPM/BPO/Shared Services environment.
• Strong experience in P2P and OTC operations management.
• Proven experience in managing large teams of 800–900+ employees.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing experience.
• Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, productivity improvement, governance, and financial management.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
• Exposure to Transportation & Logistics domain/processes preferred.
