**Job Description:**
The Operations Team Leader is responsible for leading the safe, compliant, and effective day-to-day completion of Receiving, Blending, Packaging, and Shipping operations at the Warminster Plant. The role supports the Operations Manager by translating plans, schedules, and standards into **safe execution** , **disciplined compliance** , and **strong team performance** .
**Key Accountabilities**
_HSSE Leadership & Compliance_
+ Demonstrate visible HSSE leadership to achieve _No Accidents, No Harm to People, No Damage to the Environment_ .
+ Ensure compliance with OMS, Control of Work, SOCs, Near Miss reporting, and site HSSE initiatives.
+ Exercise Stop Work authority and ensure hazards are identified, assessed, and controlled.
