Location: Mobile role covering East Midlands

Salary: £35,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

The Operations Supervisor is a mobile worker position responsible for delivering high‑quality workplace services within the Cadent portfolio on several sites. This includes managing cleaning, reception, security, contractors, catering, and meeting room services to ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming experience for employees and visitors.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily soft/hard services operations including Front of house and contractors
• Ensure office areas, meeting rooms, and communal spaces are maintained to a high corporate standard
• Supervise reception and front‑of‑house teams to deliver a professional client‑facing experience
• Deliver and maintain all staff training in line with company policy
