Operations Supervisor - Dubai

Responsibilities

• Implement and enforce loss prevention measures with a focus on safeguarding small high-value and high theft items such as earrings, rings and hair accessories.
• Monitor product movement and sales velocity to coordinate timely replenishment from the warehouse or suppliers, ensuring display fixtures remain fully stocked.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to identify best‑selling jewellery trends and slow‑moving merchandise and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with brand principle to place purchase orders, follow up on deliveries and resolve product quality issues.
• Maintain clean, organized and visually appealing displays in line with current fashion trends, seasonal collections and brand merchandising guidelines.
• Prepare monthly staff rosters ensuring adequate manpower coverage during peak trading hours, weekends and public holidays.
