ROLE PURPOSE:

To lead and manage the Team in opening of Customers Relationship and Accounts for Individual customers of different segments in accordance with agreed SLA TAT P&P standards and operational policies in order to achieve overall division objectives enhance customers experience to ensure the quality service by projecting ADIBs professional image and maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement for operational and service efficiency
