Operations Specialist (Creative Production)

We are looking for a Creative Operations Specialist to build and scale the operational environment behind our Creative Production team.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, process design, and AI automation. You'll help transform creative production from a collection of workflows into a highly organized, scalable system powered by clear processes, strong communication, and intelligent automation. Your mission is to make our production environment predictable, efficient, and increasingly autonomous through AI agents and automation.
