Financial Operations Officer

A well established car carriers company has a vacancy available for a Financial Operations Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Full bookkeeping function up to Balance Sheet.
  • Overall participation and very hands-on with operations.
  • Defining bookkeeping policies and procedures, keeping operations in mind.
  • Full Accounts payable and receivable function.
  • Handling subsidiary accounts.
  • Assist in preparing information and documents for auditors and compliance.
  • Perform secure and confidential banking.
  • Hands on with Key Accounts as well as communication with OEM’s.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • High level of honesty, ethics, understanding and integrity.
  • Knowledge of Xero or Pastel.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
  • In depth knowledge of financial reporting.
