As an operations manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations at one of our locations in Venlo. This warehouse is part of the DSV Campus, with more than 220,000 m² and over 1,000 colleagues. Together, we ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently: you’re on it.

How you do this? You will be responsible for managing a team of three to five direct reports and indirectly for around 200 FTEs. You lead the daily operations and ensure that the logistics processes run efficiently and effectively. You are constantly working on optimizing these processes and improving performance in terms of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
