About the Role

St Philip's Church Cambridge are seeking an Operations Manager.

  • St Philip’s Church, 185 Mill Road, Cambridge, CB1 3AN
  • £35,000 - £37,000 p.a. depending on experience, with the opportunity to join our employer pension scheme
  • 30-35 hours per week, generally Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends.
  • You will report to the Vicar and the PCC (trustees), and work closely with Clergy, Treasurer and Finance Overseer, venue hirers, community organisations, the congregation, contractors and volunteers.

    As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing our facility hires in alignment with our community vision.
