Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end project management activities for Parents Gateway-related initiatives and enhancements
- Track risks/issues logs, dependencies, and follow‑up actions
- Coordinate meetings, prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, and status reports for stakeholders and management updates
- Support audit, governance, and compliance processes related to project execution
- Perform billing verification and invoice tracking in collaboration with the Procurement and Finance teams
