About the Role
- Manage the full order fulfillment flow from endorsed PO to dispatch and delivery.
- Supervise MIS coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, and dispatch scheduling.
- Set and monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, turnaround time, stock accuracy, on-time delivery, and backlog levels.
- Troubleshoot escalated issues like stock variances, delayed dispatches, incomplete documents, and process bottlenecks.
- Build and enforce SOPs for order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, returns, and delivery reporting.
- Lead manpower planning, workload balancing, and cross-functional coordination with sales and finance teams.
